i had an issue when importing reviews from aliexpress so i asked the support and ' Carlos ' answered very quickly and helped me fixing the problem.

The product was pretty easy to set up, but the bit about it I loved the most was the Support available to me. Soufiane was terrific...their response time, understanding of my issues and ability to fix things was second to none. Highly recommend this product and thank you Judge Team for your help

The overall design of judge.me product reviews app is extremely easy to use. Everything is very well organized. Unlike many other apps the interface is not too cluttered or filled with useless stuff. Additionally I was having some issues uploading my reviews csv file. I reached out to support and spoke with Soufiane, he was polite, professional, knowledgable and extremely fast. He solved my problem within 10 minutes! 10/10
