I was getting frustrated with this app initially, then I discovered the live chat icon which seemed hidden away on the page. Initially it said "bot" then I typed in-human support & Cassiano answered.

He was an amazing help and extremely patient. I have a full copy of the transcript addressing all the issues I have been having for the last week.

I went from being minutes away from deleting the app to believing that it can be a great addition to my store.

Overall, I like this app. Twice it was failing to synchronize reviews with the product groups so I've had to enlist the help of support. Each time they have resolved the issue quickly.

Ron has been very helpful understanding why I wasn't able to see the reviews on top of the dashboard.

Does what it says on the box and does it well. Really happy with the functionality and the support from Judge.me has been great.

Very good service! Though the app itself is overly complicated for what we need. Just gathering reviews via the website. Should be a plan that doesn't have the review request emails.

Great app slightly on the higher pricing, but good team and does the work. Reviews are necessary for any business and this app does it all.

Really like the app itself.
But as soon as I installed it within an hour, my contact form spam started with 50+ per day. Until then we had 1 every few months.
Nothing else was changed.
I've been quickly called by Judge Me support.
They are extremely helpful at looking at the issue.
I've increased stars due to this.
It could be completely chance timing that we started getting spam for the first time ever, but I'll keep trying the app and find a work around.

Would recommend because customer services are quick and responsive. App helps us with our program features that we need.
