Judge.me Product Reviews App

I am using the Judge.me app on Shopify with the free plan, and I am very satisfied. The basic review management features are fully accessible even with the free plan, which has been a great help as I start my first business. The intuitive and user-friendly interface made it very easy to set up and use.

The customer support is also excellent. They responded quickly and kindly, which was very helpful. As my site grows, I plan to upgrade to a paid plan to take advantage of even more features.

Been using this for over a year and a half and I'm really happy with it.

Intuitive yet powerful, easy to use, great support when it's needed.

Highly recommend it for other Shopify users.

I Have a problem can't add the review under name of products but the customer service help me fast.. perfect ,fast customer service .Thanks Daniel.

I want to love it but its glitchy and a number of things don't work well. Changing settings does not seem to have an effect, I had to get tech help to change code to get things to work and I will have to do so again with a new theme update likely.

Very professional and helpful team. I had to specifically mentioned Rodrigo, who recently helped me to resolve the issue with widgets and carousel. He fixed the problem in a very professional way, and provided some extra help to adjust the width and photo quality of the carousel which was beyond my expectations. Thank you again!

Andrew did a great job supporting me. He mentioned he is new and admitted to not knowing something. I really appreciate his honesty and quickly finding the answers I was looking for.

My only concern is that he plugged my reviews json file into a free online tool to convert it to CSV. He was definitely doing this to help, but this is also a potential risk as PII or other business information could be being farmed from it.

Other than that, I'm happy with the product so far and the support I've received.

I had trouble installing the widgets on the collection page. Connected with Nouhaila immediately and she helped me fix it under 5 minutes. Amazing support!

Helped me merge reviews when we re-organised our product pages in a couple of minutes - super responsive and helpful
