The app works great and the free version is enough to get your ratings recorded and displayed on your website. There were some issues with where to place the code in the layout/themej.liquid file but this was rectified by placing it between the variant selections and the payment buttons on the product page coding so it did not interfere with customer selections and works flawlessly now. I wish it was a little more intuitive but the support team is great at helping you navigate.

I just started using it today but the features I see that I will have available are exciting. I used the chat support today and from the time I clicked on the chat bubble to the time they connected and fixed my issue(my ignorance) was about 15 minutes. Their support is awesome which makes me feel confident in writing this now, the first day I get to use it.
