The app has alot of fetures and everything you need when it comes to managing your review section. The support is also amaizing, always willing to help and assist you. I've worked with Claudio from their support team, he did everything on my behalf which should great professionalism.

I was getting frustrated with this app initially, then I discovered the live chat icon which seemed hidden away on the page. Initially it said "bot" then I typed in-human support & Cassiano answered.

He was an amazing help and extremely patient. I have a full copy of the transcript addressing all the issues I have been having for the last week.

I went from being minutes away from deleting the app to believing that it can be a great addition to my store.
