The customer support at Pet's Club is only available via email, and it took about 3 hours for them to address a question I had. After that, I made a purchase for an automatic ball toy for my cat Lindsay, and it arrived in 15 days. I really liked the product and the service. Thank you, Pet's Club! Je commence tout juste à utiliser cette app. Mise en place simple. Réactivité du service-client. Seul point négatif pour le moment (plutôt gros point négatif pour moi) : Judge.me n'est pas pris en charge par l'app Shopify de traduction et donc nous sommes obligés d'en télécharger une autre uniquement pour traduire Judge.me.
