The only thing I don't like so far, is that people who vote whether a review is helpful or not can't change their selection one chosen. So if you accidently down vote a review (saying it's unhelpful), it can't be undone. Or if you change your mind, it can't be undone.

I was looking for review app that can help me build a trustworthy store. Soo i came across Judge.me product review App, it is highly praised for its comprehensive feature set and ease of use. It offers customizable review request emails, automated review collection, and integration with major e-commerce platforms. The interface is user-friendly, making it straightforward to manage and display reviews.

I had a little problem with the app, but Mohamed helped me to solve it completely, thank you very much, I've been using this app for 4 years and I'm very happy with it, they are dedicated and always optimizing the updates!

The app is overly complicated to the point where I couldn’t set it up myself. The tutorial and help sections contain expired links, and the person assisting me ended up messing up my store theme. They couldn’t fix the carousel or the star ratings on the product page either.

This has been the worst Shopify app experience I’ve ever had. It’s frustrating how such a simple concept could be executed so poorly and made unnecessarily complex. I wasted three hours on this and got nowhere.
