Ron was incredible. very helpful and dleightful to work with. Definitely someone I would hold in high regard
It's easy to set up with some help from Judge.me's Customer Service. Shoutout to Soufiane who helped us smooth out any kinks from the set up. So far it is serving the purpose and it's free which is even better.

Just installed the app, got stuck, however the support through Soufiane who was available to help me, was invaluable and made the process super easy! thankyou
Does a lot. Quick support. They added code to my theme to get star ratings showing on product cards and told me exactly where the code went so I could document it. Very helpful.
UPDATE: Helped me again with several questions and logged in to do something for me as collaborator. Above and beyond support.

Extremely Disappointed with the Poor Customer Service! less that 1 star
I am absolutely shocked by the level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service I experienced with this company. The representative I dealt with was unbelievably frustrating to communicate with. He pretended not to understand me and took forever just to say a few words. It felt like he was wasting my time intentionally!
Even worse, he practically told me that I needed to figure everything out on my own, implying that they don't actually do anything to help their customers. If you don’t understand something, too bad—you’re on your own. I have never encountered such a lack of support and unwillingness to assist in any business. This was truly an eye-opener, and I am beyond disappointed. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. They need to seriously improve their customer service standards. Unbelievably poor service!
