Just stated using the APP and I love it already! Got some help from "Ron" almost immediately as I was going through the setup process! I had tried another APP and it was a little clunky and this one brought in my reviews from another sales channel which is great!

Judge.me was super easy to use and the online customer service agent Ron was great!! I was able to navigate and set everything up (with a little bit of help) despite being quite technologically inept !

Customer service was fast and prompt and knew right away what my issue was and how to solve it. The whole interaction from messaging them to them fixing the issue was less than 10 minutes. Overall, great app and great customer service.
