I have to tell you, in a world of horrible customer service I can honestly say that the crew of Judge.me are a clear cut above the rest. They have never let me down yet. Fast, effective and polite individuals working there. All too happy to fix issues I was having even when I caused them. Victor helped me this time around and I so appreciated his quick attention to an issue that left unattended would have been bad for my reviews on my site. The Judge.me app is by far the best reviews app I have had installed so far on my Shopify store. And when today I had something un installed that I should not have, Carlos was really nice and quickly resolved my issues and put everything back in order. I believe also that my customers loves this app as well.

I just got started on using this app and setting it up correctly on my site (it was on my old site, but I let it be there haphazardly). I have reached out to the support team numerous times and they have always been quick and very helpful when answering my questions. I will upgrade to the awesome plan very soon, as the cost for it is very reasonable. There are many user-friendly features on this app and I highly recommend it! Felix has always helped me out, quickly assisting me with all my concerns and questions. This is truly one of the best apps out there!!

I installed the app a few months ago and so far so good. Support is outstanding -- they respond quickly and always fix whatever issue I have. Everything has been smooth, set up was easy and straightforward. We just launched so review requests will start going out and I'll update when we have had more experience with the app.

Easy to install and great customer service. I couldn't figure out how to get the widget installed to show the reviews on my site. I emailed and someone responded almost immediately and helped me quickly resolve my issue. I love being able to reach real humans quickly!
