Their support has been fantastic! It is available 24/7, very prompt and able to solve all my needs - from design to backend verification! After trying so many apps, this is the only one that is able to meet all my needs!

Appalling support and endless technical issues. We've relied on Judge.me for the past 3 years across 7 of our Shopify stores, but we're done. They duped us into their paid plan by promising collated reviews across our global stores. Now, they blame a 'technical glitch' for why reviews from our Indian store (teacurry.com) aren’t showing on our international store (teacurry.us). It's been three days of massive sales losses, and they remain completely indifferent to our plight. Still no solution, so we’re forced to find another review app. Avoid using them for your store at all costs. There are plenty of other providers who won't deceive you with false promises.

The service is always very fast and the chat is great because you get to speak to and help from an actual human! Andrew really helped me out changing my website code to get my number count of reviews under each product and was super quick and responsive. Thanks Andrew!

The best app out there with extensive free features, even better on their well priced plan. No matter if you're paying or not, they do have the best customer service that can possibly exist. Problems get resolved within MINUTES.
