Judge.me Product Reviews App

Many features and customization, great widgets for displaying and a nice, quick support - thank you Hakima!

Appalling support and endless technical issues. We've relied on Judge.me for the past 3 years across 7 of our Shopify stores, but we're done. They duped us into their paid plan by promising collated reviews across our global stores. Now, they blame a 'technical glitch' for why reviews from our Indian store (teacurry.com) aren’t showing on our international store (teacurry.us). It's been three days of massive sales losses, and they remain completely indifferent to our plight. Still no solution, so we’re forced to find another review app. Avoid using them for your store at all costs. There are plenty of other providers who won't deceive you with false promises.

Haven't used the app long enough yet. However, customer service is fantastic. Very supportive and responsive. Amazing!!

Disappointment for the app so far: I tried uploading a review with a photo (test purpose), but if the image size exceeds 10MB, the review posts without the picture. There's no error message or alert, so it seems like the photo was uploaded when it actually wasn't. It would be helpful if the system prevented the review from being submitted if the photo doesn't meet the size requirements.

It has what I needed, it's simple and user-friendly, it delivers what it promises.

Very fast support and you can ask them anything and they will do it. I tried this app about a week ago and didn't like it but I know I needed to add a reviews page onto my website. I was watching a bunch of videos on Youtube and everyone was recommending Judge.me so I tried it again and I sent them an email with a couple questions and they helped me so much more then I would have thought. Amazing product

You have a very good support system, and the services are also quite fast.
