Judge.me is fantastic for collecting and showing customer reviews, which has really boosted our store’s credibility. It’s easy to customize, fits well with our branding, and the support team is super responsive.
The support team is awesome! I had a slight issue with review integration and they were super diligent and efficient in solving the manner in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
I’ve been using the Judge.me app for my Shopify store, and I must say, the experience has been outstanding. The app itself is incredibly user-friendly and offers a wide range of features that have significantly enhanced my store’s review management.
What truly sets Judge.me apart, however, is their customer support. I recently encountered an issue that needed immediate attention, and I was fortunate enough to be assisted by a team member named Rodrigo. His response was swift, and he provided a solution that was both effective and easy to implement. The level of professionalism and dedication he demonstrated was truly commendable.
Customer support is something else man, I went in thinking id have to wait for an hour and then explain what i need for an hour. But as soon as i requested a ticket Leandro joined and did everything within 5 minutes. Amazing job
This app support tried 10 different ways to prevent my store have verified reviews due to some ambiguous " rule" while lacking reasonable features to display individual review as verified on homepage , the support was going out their way and out of line to disqualify your store personally, he asked me millions of question like a cop and insist that I prove that I own my own store! Who the f* are you? When I look at some of their reviews, l find they all sound like cookie cutter and one clearly said they are running into an issue but still give 5 star LMAO. fk8ng clown ! There are so many apps there that would never intentionally make their customer's life hard!
