I've been using Judge.me on 6 shopify stores for a few years now. The app is great and so is their customer service. Victor was especially helpful with using the custom forms option. Highly recommended!

I HAVE JUST INSTALLED THE APP WITH THE HELP OF ANDREW. THE INSTALL PROCESS WAS SEEMLESS. ANDREW WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. HE EXPLAINED THINGS TO ME WHEN i ASKED QUESTIONS. A MUCH DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE WHEN ONLY 45 MIN EARLIER I INSTALLED THE 'AIR' APP WHICH WAS HORIFFIC! I UNISTALLED IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE , I COULDN'T GET IT TO WORK. THIS WAS A MUCH DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE.
I HAVE NOT USED THE APP YET, BUT WHEN i DO I WILL REVIEW ACCORDINGLY. IT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ASSIST THE CUSTOMER ON INSTALL. BRAVO! GREAT JOB ANDREW!
Han was a great help to me when I needed assistance in the middle of the night. I had an issue with the coding on the app and had some weird message popping up on my website, she went in and fixed it pretty quickly. Then I had another issue with something on my website not related to the app and she helped me fix that as well! Han was wonderful. The app is a great app for reviews and you have the ability to hide the dates of your reviews and allow photos as well as videos. I have only been using it a few days but I am enjoying it thus far.

Easy to import reviews during our site migration. Very affordable and offers great UI for the price. Very happy with the features and the quick responses (and solutions) from their team. Shout out to Cassiano for the help on review migration!
Should have installed much earlier! Not tech savvy with this back end stuff. Abderrahman At Judgeme jumped in and helped with not one, but TWO of our websites! All before the sun came up! Very happy! Great app!
