I think it's a great app. The features aside from customer reviews, which include customer support or everything you need and the support staff helped get us started by importing reviews from our prior hosting company. When we switched over to use Shopify, I give them a five-star review!

Nice support, always helpful for customization

The overall design of judge.me product reviews app is extremely easy to use. Everything is very well organized. Unlike many other apps the interface is not too cluttered or filled with useless stuff. Additionally I was having some issues uploading my reviews csv file. I reached out to support and spoke with Soufiane, he was polite, professional, knowledgable and extremely fast. He solved my problem within 10 minutes! 10/10

Very happy with this app and their support, even today Sunday while I sort a few things out. Everything is top notch.
