10/10 would recommend! Not only is the app so brilliantly easy to use (I literally installed it and got it running in <15 mins) but the support team is mega responsive and so helpful! Get it now - it's free. You have nothing to lose!

Customer service was AMAZING! Not only did they answer my questions immediately, but they went above and beyond by doing EXTRA things FOR me right away, saving me time and frustration.

Customer service chat is a real person and Han helped quickly install the app! Have been playing around with settings and options and found that it is very user-friendly. Looking forward to getting more reviews for my small business!

I wasn't able to install the widget on my first try. Within hours of signing up for Judge.me I had a message pop up stating that "they see I hadn't installed the widget yet, would I like it if they did it for me". Brilliant. Saved me so much time and frustration. Now we are up and running and it couldn't have been easier!

I tried several review apps before settling on Judge.me. It's simply the best. It looks beautiful, as if it were part of Shopify. The others looked out of place. The backend works wonderfully, and the support is phenomenal. I started with the free plan which is adequate for most, but decided it's so good that I'll pay for the additional features and support an awesome developer!
