Geweldig! Ze hebben goede video's waarin zij uitleggen hoe alles werkt, ik ben heel goed geholpen door Abraão. Hij had alle tijd en aandacht voor mij en hielp mij verder.
Hij was vriendelijk en behulpzaam en wist veel.

Shortly after I downloaded the app, I had a lot of questions. A chat window popped up from Ron asking if I needed any help. I needed alot of help getting started!!! Oh my goodness, creating a new website and all the components is a bit overwhelming. Ron was very patient and extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and gave me step by step instructions for the tasks I was trying to complete. He gave such excellent information with screenshots - I have been referring back to all week as I was trying to set up my reviews in Shopify. Thank you Ron! You are awesome!!!

Really happy with the app and the support. It has taken a bit of work to set it up exactly how I want it but now its there it runs smoothly. I have chosen the paid plan as I needed some of the functionality like the product groups. But actually getting all the extras on the paid plan has made it really worth while. So far so good!!

Judge.me ist eine kostenlose Alternative und bringt alles mit, was mein Shop aktuell braucht.
Der Daten-Import ist anfangs etwas kompliziert (weil die Vorlage nicht mit den konkreten Anforderungen überein stimmt), aber der Support-Chat hat super geholfen!!
