Judge.me Product Reviews App

Ron was super super helpful in assisting me with setting up. I'm very new to Shopify so he gave me the steps to set everything up myself as I was a bit hesitant to give him access to my store. He showed me tricks to use the app to the fullest that I would never have found on my own and he even checked in to make sure I was doing everything right. Not to mention he gave me a free trial run to the awesome plan, wow! Customer service is A1 even on the free plan. Highly recommend! - A Happy Customer :D

I compared many review apps, and I found this is the best. It supports you upload your previous reviews yourself. Also, the service is so good and so fast. It supports photos and video reviews that help me a lot.

I will give an extra 5 stars to all the experts. They are professional.

Having tested several review collection apps before, I can confirm that Judge.me remains by far the best. Very rich in functionality, even with the free version. The support is very responsive and efficient. Now very satisfied with the app and I'm even considering upgrading to the paid version

I was hesitant to email support as it usually takes quite a while, even a couple of days, to get a response and then can be a bit of back and forth at cross purposes. Heard back from in less than 2 hours and directed on how to find message chat plus offered to edit the coding for me. Message chat was also excellent and VERY helpful for someone new to this app. Apps can be all well and good until something goes wrong but not with Judge.me. Does a lot more than the previous app I used. Really happy to recommend!
