The process of importing reviews using .csv file is super smooth. I wish there was a way to export a .csv fo any excel file of all your shopify product IDs with product URLs so i could get the template ready but it's okay.

This app works quite easily. If ever you have any questions or issues, reach out to them via email and they are quite quick to answer. I really like the app.

I had a chat with Victor today concerning a Write a Review button that had suddenly appeared on our product listings. I explained we didn't want it on listings and only wanted reviews to be given upon our request. Victor was absolutely brilliant - in no time at all he had resolved the issue for me. I would recommend this product to others. It's not as confusing as most apps I have tried to use. When I came across a question a few different times I hit the chat option and was in conversation within minutes. Ron was amazing and patient with me as I showed him what I was trying to do. I figured this would be an hour conversation but I learned how to do this task now for future reference and my task tonight is complete so thank you Ron you are great! If I ever need help I hope you're the one that answers.

I've no experience with other review apps, but I'd say that judgeme is easy enough to setup and launch. And I've definitely seen an increase in conversion rates. Also love the fact that it integrates with the page builder app I use, Zipify.
