It was quick and available even when I thought I had to figure it out. They contacted me first asking if I needed help and Ron went above and beyond by doing more than the expected. Great job!

I'm still new to the app so I'm still learning how to use it, I was glad to be able to speak to a real person through the help chat and they explained how to do what I wanted easily

The installation was quite simple and fast. While I was doing this, a chat popped up with Jess, asking if she could help. She didn't just help; she went so much above and beyond her duty that I was left entirely impressed by her attitude, knowledge, and command of the app and the technology. This app seems very authoritative and it's easy to use. I jumped on customer service and had my problem resolved within minutes easily. Ann was my representative and she handled my enquiry professionally and quickly eased my anxiety about my issue. Thanks Ann :)

Very helpfull staf, Sofian solved my problems imidiately. The app has a lot of features that help build up social proff. All in one i can say !

App doesn't work properly and instruction on how to remove your app is out date and support is minimal. I do not recommend this app.

I have changed my 1 star to 4 star review. Thanks to Carlos Diez call he fix the remaining issues I had after uninstalling Judge.me app.

The customer service rep Igor was very helpful & insightful in making us understand the review management part of the app!

igor was very helpful. I needed to update a few pieces of code on the website and he helped me quickly and at a high level. Wont be changing review companies from now on.
