it has all the features and beyond to run a small business and customer support it`s great!

Daniel help me today and he was patient. He helped me resolved my problem. Turns out I didn't understand the set up of the pic reviews and he clarified it all. Thank you, Daniel.

Got help right away and very easy to follow directions.

The onboarding process is super simple & support is great! I had issues with not finding the correct spot to put the code snippet for review stars, but Soufiane reached out immediately via chat and was able to correctly install the snippet in minutes.

In addition, we were able to set up judge.me on an unpublished theme, which is very helpful as we are transitioning from an older review widget. The review import tool was super easy, you simply select your old app from a dropdown and it instructs you on what kind of file to provide.

As for the app / widgets itself, its all very straightforward. The display widget for reviews is pretty basic and it does match the theme, but I wish there was a few more customization options in changing how it looks (setting a max width, changing font size etc). However the widget loads much faster than our previous one with another app which is a bonus.

The admin panel is great, reviews and Q&A are easily viewable and accessible with options to hide reviews and a spam filter. The product groups are SO easy to set up and this is a feature we heavily used on another app.

Overall I would recommend trying this app out - in our experience this app is a much better value than most review apps out there for all the features you are getting, fantastic & quick support, plus a great install process.

Judge.me is your best friend. I started with free version and switched to premium very soon. They have loaded feature to get started.

Looks to be a great app. Customer service is quick and courteous.
No complaints.

The best Shopify review app there is. Great features (even on the free plan) and the live chat were very fast, able to fix my issue promptly, and explained how to do it.
