I was pretty frustrated with the app for a couple of months because nothing was happening. Then I received an email from a client saying the links didn't work, and they couldn’t leave a review. It turned out that some settings were off. But with Igor’s quick assistance, we figured it out. Now, everything should work fine, and I’m hopeful that this app will prove to be very beneficial.

The team member who helped resolve my problem with the last customer review app was Victor. He was very nice, kept me updated, and it took him between 5-7 minutes to solve my problem. I highly recommend Judge.me product reviews for customer reviews and for those who truly value customer service.

I have been using this app for almost 4 years on 3 different Shopify stores and it is the best. The price is so low and they definitely have the fastest and most helpful customer support of probably any app I've used!
