Super responsive and very helpful!

Love it. The highest value shopify app. Not the easiest to use but the support is great and once it works, it's marvelous. They're consistently improving the app too. Highly recommend A+

Great app - It takes a while to get your head around all the advanced functions, but once you've got it all configured it works great.

I want to give props to the customer service team at Judge.me. Our business revolves around stellar customer service, and it is refreshing to find another business with the same commitment.

I originally signed up for the free version. Totally clueless on how to do anything and emailed them several times for help. They were so patient and always answered within 24 hours, helping me to implement things as needed. They even made a small customization for me (at no charge!).

I did eventually buy the paid version. It's too early to say how it's paying off (certainly there haven't been any glitches), but I'd say it's well worth the $15/mth just for the seo alone.

I also appreciate the emails they send every once in a while with tips. Usually I hate spam. But these emails are actually useful and each contain just enough info to be helpful without being overwhelming. Very clever of them.

Fantastic support from the guys at Judge Me in the last couple of days setting up my reviews & adding my reviews to my product cards. I also had an issue with the Google Search Console which Andrew has resolved swiftly. Highly recommend this app. Works really well for all businesses.

Really easily integrated into our store in exactly the way we'd imagined a good review plug in should. Support is also INCREDIBLY prompt and helpful. Had an issue with a font conflict not displaying review stars and it was resolved within 5 minutes of me opening the support ticket. Exemplary.
