After migrating to a new host, we decided to add reviews to our website after over 10 years of offering our products online. The app is intuitive once you get the hang of it. Integrating it into themes and pages is easy. Customization of themes and the like is straightforward. Setting up email, widgets, and more is simple. The email review request setup is highly customizable. Post-sale discount sharing options and so much more are available.
The shining light is the responsive and helpful support team. They're incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to answer our questions. So far, every issue we've encountered has been addressed in less than a few hours.
