We’ve been using Judge.me for our shop and are very happy with it. The app is easy to set up, highly customizable, and integrates smoothly with our theme. What we appreciate most is the fast and friendly support — every question we had was answered quickly and clearly.

The review request emails work very well, and the widgets look clean and professional. Overall, a great solution for collecting and displaying customer reviews. Highly recommended.

I initially used Judge.me but then my Klaviyo flows person convinced me just to use their new review option so everything would be in the same place. What a mess. I am glad that I switched back to Judge.me. It is a superior product with lots of features that Klaviyo does not have. Also, they have excellent help available, including advanced AI that can fix things on the spot if needed. Highly recommend.

Great - some of my reviews disappeared due to a bug and the Judge.me employee fixed the issue within minutes.

Honestly, you're wasting your time if you use any other review app. Judge.me is hands down the best review app out there. Price, functionality, features and support blow the competition away. I've used the other big players and they aren't even close at 6x the price. Do yourself a favour and download it today. You won't regret it!

Shoutout to Brian for the fast and helpful support! Been running Judge.me on my store for over a year and the results speak for themselves. My customers are buying with more confidence now that reviews are front and center, and the automated email requests do the heavy lifting for collecting them. An absolute must-have for any serious store owner.

Jerry and the team at LoamLabs absolutely nailed this build. I’ve had custom wheels before, but the tension balance on these Reserve rims laced to the Industry Nine hubs is next-level precise. The spoke length calculator they built is spot-on—you can tell these guys actually build and ride what they sell. The turnaround time was faster than expected, and they arrived perfectly trued and taped. Highly recommend if you want a true expert building your wheelset.

Disaster, review are not showing up Brian from the customer service makes me waste my time, spend years to collect the reviews and now all it seems to be lost, avoid at any cost.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, we understand how worrying it must feel when reviews seem missing.

After looking into your case together, we found that the issue wasn’t with your reviews being lost, but related to how Google Product Ratings was set up across your two stores, as well as the Product Ratings program not being fully activated on Google’s side.

We’ve since helped align the product data and submitted the necessary setup for Google Product Ratings, and we can now see the majority of your reviews marked as “ready to serve” in your Google Merchant Center.

At this stage, we’re just waiting for Google’s final processing/approval, which is unfortunately outside of our control.

Your reviews are safe, and we’re here to make sure everything displays correctly once Google completes their side.
