I havent got to many reviews of all customer i have been left only 3 reviews, dont know if its the app or settings but i will keep give it a try. but the widget looks good and easy. But mostly the customer service is amazing.

Andrew helped me set up the app and all the widgets. He was incredibly helpful and explained how I could do all the steps myself in the future. Made setting up the app incredibly simple! I would definitely recommend using it for anyone looking to add reviews to their store, as it provides a clean, easy to use aesthetic.

I want to give props to the customer service team at Judge.me. Our business revolves around stellar customer service, and it is refreshing to find another business with the same commitment.

I originally signed up for the free version. Totally clueless on how to do anything and emailed them several times for help. They were so patient and always answered within 24 hours, helping me to implement things as needed. They even made a small customization for me (at no charge!).

I did eventually buy the paid version. It's too early to say how it's paying off (certainly there haven't been any glitches), but I'd say it's well worth the $15/mth just for the seo alone.

I also appreciate the emails they send every once in a while with tips. Usually I hate spam. But these emails are actually useful and each contain just enough info to be helpful without being overwhelming. Very clever of them.
