Easy enough to use, and helpful staff to verify reviews dating from before our use of Shopify.

Works perfectly! And looks like it is native to the Shopify platform. Very clean design. Support is also top-notch. They respond quickly, provide expert assistance, and are friendly and professional. I highly recommend this app and company!

igor was very helpful. I needed to update a few pieces of code on the website and he helped me quickly and at a high level. Wont be changing review companies from now on.

System not showing my response to customer review. I reached out to support, it was quickly resolved by updating the widget on their end. It would be great to have the option to update on my end.
