I reached out to them, and they responded quickly to all my questions, solving every issue with great efficiency. I also love the free features like photo and video options. It’s perfect for building trust with customers and boosting sales. Highly recommend!”
I want to love it but its glitchy and a number of things don't work well. Changing settings does not seem to have an effect, I had to get tech help to change code to get things to work and I will have to do so again with a new theme update likely.

I asked support if they could help me add a configuration to my landing page, Jess provided me with support and I am very satisfied, I achieved what I wanted and her attention was very kind. I recommend it!
Good, fast customer service and responsiveness. App is very useful but the email template function can be buggy and had to rewrite it using HTML option as font size wasn't consistent. Otherwise it's great

Excellent app for my Shopify store, and the customer service is awesome! I had an issue, but Felix jumped into action, and in no time, everything was set up. He also gave me additional pointers to achieve better results. I'm very happy with the outcome!
