Judge.me Product Reviews App

I could not praise the team from Judge.me enough. The level of customer service that I received on a free app has me blown away!
They answer all of my questions, promptly and thoroughly. I was deciding between two review apps and half-way through our interactions my decision was made.
Fast forward a few hours and the team has completely installed the widget in the collapsible block where I wanted it (my theme look so clean now). And not just on my current theme; but also on my draft that I will be publishing soon. They saved me HOURS (I am not a techie) of searching and mild-anxiety about touching code!
The free plan is great but I intend on upgrading plans for the additional integrations and customization.
I cannot remember the last time I was so happy with "tech support". If you are considering this app, do it!

UPDATE: I upgraded to the Awesome plan and have found that many of the things I thought I needed help with I could actually take care of on my own (this really is awesome). If I had one suggestion for the developers it would be to provide better education on the MANY features that are available in the Awesome plan.
This app is still a solid 5/5 stars!
