Judge.me Product Reviews App

Ron from Singapore helped me immensely with showing me step by step how to add and change things like adding previews to our main page and changing the color of our reviews to match our theme as well as matching our emails to our color scheme! He made it very quick and extremely easy.

I am new to Judge.me and Gena from Customer Support reached out and helped me. She created a video walking me through it, sending me pictures and helping me for almost half an hour. The customer service and this product are very good, and its all free. Would recommend it.

Customer Service Review: I have not used it the app yet, but setup, integration, and transition with the live chat box lead by Ron was very helpful. I had a bit of trouble uploading CSV files for manual review requests. I engaged Chat Support this morning and the help I received from Abderrahman was fabulous! While I am still getting used to the new UI, I know help is a click away. Thank you so much!

This is the second store where I am using Judge.me, and all I can say is that there is no other app I trust as much as I do with them. The support is top-notch, especially Carlos, and the number of features they provide for the price is just unbelievable. You set it up and then you can just leave it to work its magic for you!
