Early days but so far support has been great!

I needed the review star colours changed on our updated website as the stars were showing black. Judge.Me was able to quickly correct it and saw another part of the product page that needed correcting too. Super fast and efficient service.

I have not come across another platform that has offered such service as this. The support team never fail to be polite and carefully explain whatever it is you need to do with your queries. One of the best one it comes to customer support, solve your issues easily

Literally every Shopify stores NEED to implement this app! All you ever need is the free plan, but additional features in the "Awesome" plan are extremely hard to resist.

The installation was very easy. I came across a few issues and normally, I would send emails back and forth between the developers, resulting in multiple days of wait time. This app has the chat feature which I utilized and it instantly connected me to a representative named "Thanh". In less than 15 minutes, she literally solve every single issues I encounter and remember, I have not PAID A DIME yet!

I am extremely dumbfounded by the customer service I witnessed and it made me grin like a joker after her magic performance to my shop. I am super impress!
