We had to reach out to them a couple of times since our theme updated.
They have been prompt and helpful each time.
We appreciate how quickly they resolve any issues we have and its always exactly the way we want it.

Does exactly what it says it is going to do! Grateful that we have this app to collect customer reviews.

This app perfectly integrates with any store style/theme and provides a very simple and functional way to collect reviews from customers post purchase.

カスタマーサポートも親切で、ライブチャットですぐに対応していただけます。過去には顧客の実名が表示されるなどの不具合もありましたが、改善されました。システムのアップデートも定期的に行われているようです。

1点、顧客がレビューを投稿した際や、こちらでレビューを編集した際にJudge.meより顧客にメールが届くようなのですが、メールの内容が店舗側では把握できない部分が常々感じている不安要素ではあります。

写真投稿機能がある限り、今後も使い続けたいです。

I have recently downloaded Judge.me for my online store and i was having a few teething issues with being able to display what i was after.
