You built the transparency medals, but where is your transparency when you discreetly removed our chat
We're very sorry that this happened. It's surprising for us as well that the chat history is not showing. We have contacted our chat provider to get this sorted.
In the meantime, our team lead has exported and sent you the transcript from our end. Hope it helps!
