Fantastic support and a great app. The support we received was especially helpful as we needed a few design tweaks to get the widgets looking their best with our theme design. Nothing was too much of an issue or tweak. Love this app. It really showcases the reviews and feedback from customers and one we have used with multiple stores. Highly recommend.

This is a great app that allows you to apply multiple variations of reviews via app blocks. It's customizable and has good aesthetics.

We faced significant challenges while integrating Judge.me widgets into our theme. The process was plagued by bugs, requiring us to repeatedly explain the same issue to different chat support agents, which was both time-consuming and frustrating. Unfortunately, after nearly a month of setup, we still didn’t receive a satisfactory solution. Some of the support advisors were rude and not very helpful.

To make matters worse, on the day of our planned launch, we discovered that the 4,000+ reviews we had collected over 5 years couldn't be displayed on Google Shopping due to policy restrictions. This was a major dealbreaker, as Google Shopping visibility was essential for us. Ultimately, we decided not to move forward with Judge.me as our review app. Disappointed with the entire experience.

What an incredible app. And not only that, they even did custom implementation of the review stars on my homepage so you would already see how many reviews each product has. 10/10

Great product, easy to understand, very simple to set up, navigation is a breeze, and their customer service is top notch, which I am happy to speak about in further detail.

As mentioned, set up was very simple. However, I did have few questions (which I typically do), so I created a chat session and within seconds, Cassiano responded cheerfully and professionally. He answered all my questions quickly and explained everything very clearly. Cassiano even took an extra step and provided a visual, which was a photo of the location on Judge.me, that I needed to go to so I could complete an important task. Now that's what I call customer service! Cassiano saved me time, and time as they say is money.
