Shoutout to Brian for the fast and helpful support! Been running Judge.me on my store for over a year and the results speak for themselves. My customers are buying with more confidence now that reviews are front and center, and the automated email requests do the heavy lifting for collecting them. An absolute must-have for any serious store owner.
My customers were not able to leave a review and my custom colors were not being displayed. The rep was very pleasant to assist me in getting my issues resolved in a timely manner.
I want to highlight the incredible support I received from Abraão. The configuration was not easy at all — there were liquid errors, auto-install failures, 2FA blocking the collaborator access, and several failed attempts along the way. However, Abraão never gave up, found alternatives at every obstacle, and guided me step by step with patience and clarity until we achieved the goal.
What I value most is that even though he couldn't operate directly in the store due to security restrictions, he found a way to solve everything remotely by giving me the exact instructions I needed. That speaks volumes about his technical knowledge and commitment to the customer.

The app is not super user friendly. I had to reach out to the customer care team multiple times. The guides could be more clear, maybe tutorials rather than text that is hard to follow and implement in specific cases.

I've been using this app for more than a year now and have been loving it. I hit a file upload issue today and Lorenzo from customer service solved the problem in my file in under 10 minutes. Communication was clear and efficient. Like even their chatbot is better lol, I told the bot I want to talk to human, and I got connected right away. This is such a great example of AI helping us do things (and not infuriating us every step of the way!)
