It's so nice to know there's a human behind the app! Every issue I've had has been resolved in a very timely manner. They update you and are available on the weekends, when I'm open. Their chat times are not long and you truly feel supported and as an online business, our reviews are everything to us.

I am running the free version of this app for 6 months now. The import of my Etsy reviews worked without issues and my customers are able to use the review option within the shop.
The free version works very well. I soon will be upgrading to the paid plan to get the additional features.
The chat support is very helpful and instant.

The perfect way to collect that all-important social proof. Have been using Judge.Me for a couple years now and was moving to a different Shopify theme. What seemed like a daunting task to get the app set up on the new theme proved to be no problem for Ron, my support agent, who had me up and running in minutes. Very impressed by this app, and also by the customer service. Worked with Daniel today for a couple of hours, as he helped me better understand the pros and cons of different ways we may use the app for collecting reviews from old customers. Looking forward to seeing more how they develop the internal logic and ability to customize review request emails and follow-ups, including for different types of product groups being sold from a single store.
