Judge.me is easy to use, and while the free tier plan has bare bones functionality, it still does what it's supposed to, and does it well. If you really want to customize your outgoing emails, or integrate with plugins like Smile.io for rewarding customers with incentives to leave reviews, you'll have to upgrade.

App is great. Andrew was very good in helping me tailor the app to suit my needs. Highly recommend!
