It's so nice to know there's a human behind the app! Every issue I've had has been resolved in a very timely manner. They update you and are available on the weekends, when I'm open. Their chat times are not long and you truly feel supported and as an online business, our reviews are everything to us.

Also, if your site doesn't have product reviews and you're considering it, don't hold off. Been using the app for about 4 months and the reviews definitely give customers more confidence when deciding to buy for the first time. Should have installed it years ago!

I am running the free version of this app for 6 months now. The import of my Etsy reviews worked without issues and my customers are able to use the review option within the shop.
The free version works very well. I soon will be upgrading to the paid plan to get the additional features.
The chat support is very helpful and instant.

I have been using Judge.me for years. I have always gotten amazing customer service from adding features, to helping me lay out and expand my reviews online to help with all kinds of things. When I needed to be able to move some widgets around, and couldn't figure it out, Claudio did an excellent job helping me and found a duplicated piece of code was keeping me from being able to move block on my template.

He was very knowledgeable and helpful! The support is super responsive and I have never had an issue getting the features or help I need in a timely manner.
