Nice experience. Nice app. the customer service is very good. they have a lot of functionality in their free version. Free version is enough for small business.

App is very easy to use and simple to setup. Customer service is on point and they answer super quick.

It has everything you need from a Review app, but even better is the customer service support, which makes things so much easier and make the most of the features

The support agent was absolutely amazing and helped me with lots of quick questions due to an issue with my import and setting up the app.

He was extremely helpful and patiently managed my huge number of questions, usually a support agent would be overwhelmed but not this guy he really helped me, give him a payrise!!
