The only thing I don't like so far, is that people who vote whether a review is helpful or not can't change their selection one chosen. So if you accidently down vote a review (saying it's unhelpful), it can't be undone. Or if you change your mind, it can't be undone.

I was helped by a guy named Ron who was incredible- really used his initiative to not only help me with my issue, but to add my logo, adjust the star colour to keep it looking visually consistent with my website, and just could not have been more helpful.
