Love the app. The only review-capturing app I trust; as a store owner and consumer. I've had the app for a year and have only needed support once. Andrew assisted me today and it was quick. Helped me solve a problem I couldn't figure out on my own, and went above and beyond my original request!

It's so nice to know there's a human behind the app! Every issue I've had has been resolved in a very timely manner. They update you and are available on the weekends, when I'm open. Their chat times are not long and you truly feel supported and as an online business, our reviews are everything to us.

Absolutely love this service. For the most part, I've not had issues using the platform to upload my past reviews from Etsy and other services. However, I had one stubborn product that would not be recognized by Judge.me. Luckily they have an awesome team who looked into the issue and fixed it the same day. Thank you for your app and amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent app for social proof - people can see what other people say about a product before buying. We love the scrolling snippets on the product page before adding to cart, this is certainly helping with increased sales.

$15 a month is excellent value for money as well, with the tier "Awesome" living up to its name.

I am running the free version of this app for 6 months now. The import of my Etsy reviews worked without issues and my customers are able to use the review option within the shop.
The free version works very well. I soon will be upgrading to the paid plan to get the additional features.
The chat support is very helpful and instant.
So far I can highly recommend the app.
