We've had a great experience with this app so far, the free plan was enough for all our needs and even in the free plan we had access to very helpful and fast customer service solutions.

I noitced that there was no text on the reviews on the website after changing theme, within 10/15 minutes Hoang had sorted the bug and put the fix into place. Very quick efficient service

Andrew did a great job supporting me. He mentioned he is new and admitted to not knowing something. I really appreciate his honesty and quickly finding the answers I was looking for.

My only concern is that he plugged my reviews json file into a free online tool to convert it to CSV. He was definitely doing this to help, but this is also a potential risk as PII or other business information could be being farmed from it.

Other than that, I'm happy with the product so far and the support I've received.

Heard great stuff about this app and decided to install and try for myself. Unable to say anything about its performance because I am yet to trial it, but setting the app up I learnt that there are an abundance of advance features available compared to other apps I tried.

What really sets this app apart is their customer support team. Quick response, patient with novice users and help you from start to finish quickly and effectively.

I would recommend this app because of the customer service. They would help you with anything and help you customizing how you want yours reviews to look like.
