A fantastic app, superb customer service. They always help very quickly and and have customized many items to assist us.

I run a Shopify store and was unsure about what review app to choose and after trying a few I went for Judge.me and I am really happy about it. I am gathering lots of reviews as it is really easy for customers to leave them. The review widget to be showed in the web is great and totally customizable. Also the review page is very nice with an eye-cathching layout that allows to see all reviews like in a collage also showing review photos... all very nice and also the team is ALWAYS available to kindly help with whatever it is I need.

UPDATED: We have been using Judge.me for over 4 years now. We have tried almost all of the other major options and came back to Judge.me - we simply love everything about it:

1. It does everything you need at a reasonable price.

2. They have excellent customer service.

3. They have documentation that is correct and easy to find, so you can make the changes you want yourself.

4. The app works properly.

5. It plays nice with other apps, and integrates with the tools you need.

Honestly, I wish every app development company would look at Judge.me as an example of how to do a good job.

The only feature I wish they had was a function for customers to review blog content.

The other apps are either ridiculously expensive or they don't integrate well. Judge.me does both, and it does it well.

Their customer service is fantastic. Going above and beyond- like your own little IT team :)

I've used other review apps which end up locking the most basic functions and request high monthly fees and/or based on shop turnover. Judge.me is fair for what they offer free and their monthly fees are acceptable for young eCommerce site.
