The customer service team is honestly amazing! I emailed a question and not only did I get a quick response, but instead of walking me through the issue, they went ahead and just resolved it for me and then gave me the feedback I needed so that the issue wouldn't come up again (all in a matter of minutes)! Can't recommend enough!!

A very positive experience with Jude me. If anyone is looking for a product review app, this is definitely a 5-stars or maximum number of stars for customer service even on a free plan.
