Looks really good and covers everything needed for reviews. Support is very responsive. Overall, there have been no complaints!

Unfortunately we had problems with our theme updates, because we have to manage the judgeme integration always again. We have to double-check everything. It costs us a lot of time., but the support is friendly and works on the problems. Besides they always want to find a solution. Therefore we hope our future updates will work better.
Also, we hope in the future the customers could review all products directly in the mail, because it would be much smarter for them :)

I feel like I should write 2 different reviews.
The app on the website works fantastic and is seamless for the customers, it reminds customers to do a review and I really like the way it works. I've had the app for about a year and I don't have think about it.
The Judge me Store Page - I had set everything up when I first set up with Judge me. I haven't checked it in some time. Don't waste your time, it is very poor display and what was a great idea they unfortunately managed to fudge it up. If you are going to have a Bonus Feature, then it should be a Bonus not an irritation.
1st. Is the selling channel, the sort by offers the following selections - Default, Newest, Best Selling, Low Price First, High Price first. Since this is based on reviews, I find it curious that I can not sort by reviews. Highest to lowest and vice versa. Instead Items with no review or only a small number of reviews appear. Now for those of us that work hard for reviews, I think that would be important.
2nd. The category I can set my store up in is Pet Supplies as a broad category, However the more specific category is pet collars & harnesses. I should be able to set my store up as the broader category and the subset for my products.
3rd. My store has a 4.9 rating with 1,400 reviews? My store is nowhere to be found on the product search page for Pet Products or Pet collars & Harnesses. Yet there are hundreds of items with between 0 reviews and 100 reviews that show up on the first page and subsequent pages. I got tired of looking but never found my store.. I'm sure they are now going to expect me to pay for advertising for my store to show up?
