I am new to Shopify and starting up my store, I have tried the free version and am happy with the experience so far. I will continue to use it and decide if I want to upgrade to the paid version.

Customer support is amazing. They have operators allways available. Claudio has been particularly helpful and nice today.

Support is super responsive and the widget is easy to use and install.

I needed help to get reviews working because the previous version of Shopify was no longer functional, and I couldn't fix things myself in the new app. I wrote to them, literally for 5 minutes, and they got everything working in my online store. I'm very satisfied. They also informed me via email that everything was fixed and asked me to check if everything was working as I wanted.
