Ron went above and beyond to assist me with importing my previous reviews from another app. It was 10:20 PM, and I was pleasantly surprised when a live customer support agent popped up, offering help. I run three e-commerce businesses and have many apps, but I’ve never experienced such outstanding service. Thank you, Ron—you saved me two hours of work!
