Highly responsive service, works exactly as I need it to, help us build up a ton of verified reviews and show them off. Plug the Google shopping integration works perfectly.

It's early days as I've only just started configuring the app, but the support guys are very patient and respond very fast, even out of hours. Very pleased so far.

There's a reason why Judge.me is rated #1. Their reviewing platform is top notch, and what I really like is that they DO NOT mess with which reviews are displayed, but simultaneously CAN ONLY verify reviews, so it makes it where it's a joint effort to keep authenticity and transparency to the customer. When a customer clicks on the review, they're up front of the functionality the store has vs their role in reviewing, which just leads to increased sales due to growing an authentic audience.

Their support team is also amazing. The four or five times I've reached out about different things (small questions, or problems we run into), the team was quick to answer and is always friendly! Never had anything go unsolved.

Judge.me automates review-request emails, significantly boosting review rates. Additionally, it offers a Forever Free plan. I’d like to highlight their exceptional customer support, which is both prompt and effective.

App is really great. Its new interface allows you to easily access all settings. I would also like to thank Soufiane for helping me with all the design changes. The only thing missing is that you cannot edit the translations of all the texts of the application yourself. However, the support team helps in this regard.

I really like this app for getting reviews for my Shopify shop.

They automatically send out review request emails, which has grown my review numbers nicely. Plus they can automatically give your customers a thank you discount code so you don't have to do it yourself.

I had to contact the customer support because I was trying to add their widget for external websites (non-Shopify) to one of my websites and it wasn't working properly. The customer support rep fixed the issue quickly for me.
