We've had the paid plan for a year or so and pleased with it.
Judgeme has good functionality that's ALL included for a reasonable monthly fee - unlike some other review sites that charge a fortune to unlock widgets and options...
Additionally, when we've had to contact support it's been quick (minutes if that usually to open a chat) and helpful.

Cassiano and Victor helped me install the review snippet to my outdated theme. There was no "typically responds in 2 hours or more" message, they were immediately available and that's one of the things I really love about using this app. The different ways to show social proof across my website in a professional, cohesive way is unmatched. I highly recommend this app for all business owners.

We we are loving the features of the app so far. I love the integrations as well. It makes it easy for our customer to leave a review on the products they have purchased. I love the fact I can setup an automatic email to have sent to my customers after a specific amount of days to ask for their feedback.

I mean it's a very simple app to use, I get an email when a customer leaves a review and then I can choose to publish the review or not, and I can reply to the review publicly or privately. The reviews show up on the product pages nicely. I have zero complaints or problems.

By far the best review app not to mention the support is the best of any app I have used in shopify!
