I have had some trouble with customer complaints, though. Sometimes when customers leave a review, they use a nickname that hides their first and last name. However, for some odd reason, Judge.me will (in some cases) still use their first and last name. I believe it has something to do with the customer clicking on a Judge.me email and their name being revealed through that. I was not satisfied with Judge.me's answers to my questions on this issue, and there wasn't a real solution.

app works really well, thanh and daniel helped me with activating my reviews carousel when it was not showing up on the homepage. they were very nice and got the problem solved quickly. love this app

Amazing service. They actually contacted me to let me know i hadn't installed the widget correctly and fixed the problem. Whilst on my site they suggested other things i could do to increase the value of "Judge me" on my site and increase sales
