J'ai eu quelques soucis avec la mise en place des avis sur ma boutique.
J'ai contacté le support via l'application, mon problème a été résolu dans la journée.

I am loving this app. The staff is very supportive and quick to help.

I don't know how the app works yet but Soufiane was a great help doing the initial installation.

I am just getting to know the app, but the customer service I requested for set up (his name is Soulfiane) was instantaneous and great.

Until now I'm having a great experience. Claudio was really helpful, and fast to solve my issue, besides that I had a good customer care assistance.

easy to use and the help if great, but limited to what you can do with the free version

Ho appena iniziato ad usarla e ho avuto bisogno dell'assistenza ma sono stati veloci ed efficienti aiutandomi anche nel settaggio. Usandola più spesso diventerà sicuramente più facile per me perché ha tante opzioni. grazie. la consiglio.
